ph3Responsibilities /h3 ul liPerform root cause analysis and define containment, corrective, and preventive actions, from concept through design and implementation /li liContribute to the definition, validation, and continuous improvement of early failure detection algorithms, diagnostics, and monitoring software /li liTranslate analysis results and lessons learned into new or updated system and product requirements /li liAnalyze service tickets and field feedback to identify potential product and system?level issues /li liInvestigate system logs, connectivity issues, and software update failures to detect patterns and anomalies /li liDiagnose hardware, power electronics, and mechanical failures on returned units /li liClassify faults according to frequency, root cause, severity, and customer impact /li liSupport the RD organization in the investigation of quality claims and actively contribute to the 8D process for design?related issues /li liDefine and provide clear technical repair instructions to internal and external repair centers and verify the effectiveness of implemented countermeasures /li liCollaborate closely with the Data Science Analysis team to leverage remotely available fleet data for system improvement and failure trend analysis /li /ul h3Qualifications Skills /h3 ul liMSc in Electronics Engineering or equivalent with proven knowledge of power electronics and related components /li liSolid background and professional experience in RD, System Engineering, with a strong understanding of design, validation, and complex cross?functional processes /li liKnowledge of C programming for embedded microcontrollers and microcontroller architectures /li liExperience with simulation tools for control (e.g. Matlab/Simulink or equivalent) and hardware dimensioning (e.g. SPICE or equivalent) /li liStrong skills in problem?solving methodologies (8D, Ishikawa, 5 Whys), root cause analysis, and corrective action management /li liFamiliarity with statistics, data analysis, ERP systems, CAD, FEM tools, and standard Office applications /li liExcellent analytical thinking, abstraction, and system modeling skills, combined with proactiveness, autonomy, and self?motivation /li liEffective communicator with strong collaboration and negotiation skills, able to work across disciplines and organizational boundaries /li liFluent in English, Italian and/or German /li /ul h3Benefits /h3 ul liInnovative work environment in a young, dynamic team /li liHigh?tech projects in the future?proof sector of e?mobility /li liOpportunities for advancement in a growing company /li liA wide range of further training opportunities /li liAttractive premio system and performance?related pay /li liAdditional company benefits /li /ul /p #J-*****-Ljbffr
