/p pbPartner with the best /b /p h3As Manufacturing Machining Operations Leader, you will be responsible for: /h3 ul liCoordinating activities of the hourly teams within the cell /li liDeveloping, coordinating, leading, and executing daily production plan /li liDefining shifts schedule on the product lines according with, production plan and operator skills /li liManaging people presence in terms of Vacation, Shift Change and Hrs absence /li liAchieving the highest safety levels in the production line /li liGuaranteeing performance KPI target: CoQ, HSE, on-time delivery, OEE, DL hours development; /li liManaging training and operator skills in order to respond to workload needs /li liCollaborating with other functions (i.e. ENG, UTOF, MPE) on resolution of nonconformity /li liSupporting cell leaders in the strategic planning of manpower, equipment, and other resources /li /ul pbFuel your passion /b /p h3To be successful in this role you will: /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in Engineering (mechanical preferred)
/li liMinimum of 3 additional years of experience in Production Supervision /li liFluency in oral and written English and have effective good communication skills /li liGood teamwork, mediation, relationship-building and influencing skills /li liAbility to coordinate several projects simultaneously /li liEffective problem identification and solution skills /li liProven analytical and organizational ability /li /ul pbWork in a way that works for you /b /p pWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
