/p pAs our internally titled bTechnical Implementation Manager /b (all genders), you will take primary responsibility for our new and ongoing projects.
Together with your team, you will play a key role in expanding our network of active parking sites across Italy.

/p h3What to expect /h3 ul libTechnical planning: /b You are responsible for the technical planning of our parking sites, including the analysis and determination of hardware placements across the parking area.
This role is fully office-based and does not require on-site appointments.
/li libCoordination: /b You manage internal and external resources to ensure project progress and work closely with various teams in the Operations department and beyond.
/li libInstallation planning: /b You plan installations and maintenance activities and show creativity in solving any on-site issues that arise.
/li libCustomer management: /b You act as the technical point of contact for your projects and coordinate a smooth installation/commissioning process with the customer.
/li libContinuous improvement: /b You challenge the status quo and ensure ongoing process optimization.
/li libReporting: /b You regularly report KPIs and collaborate closely with various teams.
/li libStakeholder management: /b You engage professionally with external partners and handle negotiations with confidence.
/li /ul h3Inspire us by /h3 ul libBackground: /b You hold a degree in industrial engineering, (technical) business administration, or a comparable qualification.
/li libExperience: /b You bring around 2–3 years of experience in project management or operations.
/li libTechnical affinity:
/b You have spatial reasoning skills, technical understanding, and a hands?on mentality.
/li libWork style: /b Analytical thinking as well as structured and thorough work are among your strengths.
/li libThink out of the box: /b You work independently and take ownership, demonstrating proactivity and solution?oriented thinking.
/li libOpen personality: /b You communicate confidently with internal and external stakeholders.
/li libLanguage skills: /b Your Italian is at C2 level, and you communicate fluently and confidently in English (B2).
