ppAs an IT Help Desk Specialist, you are the first point of contact for our internal and external users when they have technical requests or issues.
You ensure that IT problems are resolved quickly, courteously and reliably – you are responsible of an initial assessment of more complex cases and forward them to the appropriate department.
In this way, you play a key role in ensuring the stability of our IT systems and the satisfaction of our employees.
/p h3YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES /h3 ulliReceiving and handling IT support requests via the ticketing system /liliError analysis and troubleshooting in hardware and software /liliSetup, preparation and management of workstations (PCs, printers, mobile devices) /liliInstalling, maintaining,
