ColonnaCaramanti is seeking a Personal Assistant to support the smooth running of the Firm's daily activity.
We are looking for someone with excellent organisational skills, sound judgment and a genuine service mindset. A person who naturally takes care of things, anticipates needs and finds satisfaction in making the work of others easier and more effective. Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, ideally within a Tax and legal firm, is welcome, but attitude, intelligence and personal qualities will matter just as much.
The role calls for someone who quickly understands context, connects information, identifies priorities and knows what needs to be done without detailed instructions, progressively becoming a trusted point of reference for the Firm's daily organisation.

Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, including in the smallest matters
Autonomy, initiative and a strong sense of responsibility
Confidence with digital tools and good spoken and written English
Discretion and reliability in handling confidential information
Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day practical support across the Firm's activity, coordinating with the Executive Team
Keep track of commitments and deadlines, following them through to completion
Liaise with clients, professionals and external contacts with discretion
Manage correspondence, calendars, meetings and business travel

ColonnaCaramanti is a corporate and tax firm founded by Filippo Colonna and Marco Caramanti, bringing together lawyers, chartered accountants and statutory auditors.
Other information
Our offices are located at Via degli Omenoni 2, in the heart of Milan, between La Scala, Montenapoleone and San Babila. The setting combines historic character with spacious, modern and fully equipped offices.
Full-time, office-based position. Working hours: from 9:00 to 6:30 p.m.
