ppRINA is currently recruiting for a bGlobal Direct Procurement - Business Partner /b to join its office in Genoa (Italy) within the bGlobal Direct Procurement - Real Estate IM /b Division. /p /brh3Mission /h3 /brpThe Global Procurement Business Partner acts as the strategic interface between Procurement and assigned Business Units, Functions, or Regions. The role ensures alignment between business priorities and procurement strategies, supports sourcing effectiveness, drives value creation, and contributes to the deployment of global category strategies defined by the Global Procurement Director. The position collaborates closely with internal stakeholders to translate business needs into procurement requirements, enhance efficiency, reduce risks, and ensure consistent application of procurement policies and global standards. /p /brh3Key Accountabilities /h3 /brh3Strategic Business Partnering /h3 /brulliWork closely with assigned Business Units/Functions to understand priorities, risks, technical needs, and commercial expectations. /liliTranslate business requirements into procurement strategies and sourcing plans. /liliProvide market insights, TCO evaluations, and commercial recommendations to support decision-making. /liliAlign procurement actions with timelines, cost targets, and operational needs. /li /ul /brh3Sourcing Category Strategy Support /h3 /brulliContribute to sourcing events in collaboration with Category Managers and Global Procurement. /liliGather stakeholder inputs to support the definition and refinement of category strategies. /liliAssist in supplier selection, negotiation preparation, and commercial assessment. /liliEnsure regional/local adoption of global procurement standards and processes. /li /ul /brh3Stakeholder Cross-Functional Collaboration /h3 /brulliCoordinate with Operations, Engineering, Sales, Finance, and Quality to ensure procurement is integrated into planning and project execution. /liliSupport bids,



project development, and operational needs with procurement insights, cost scenarios, and delivery expectations. /liliFacilitate communication between stakeholders and procurement teams at global and regional level. /li /ul /brh3Supplier Interaction Performance Monitoring /h3 /brulliInteract with suppliers regarding operational matters and elevate strategic issues to Category Managers. /liliMonitor supplier performance indicators and propose improvements. /liliEnsure supplier compliance with contractual, ethical, sustainability, and quality standards. /li /ul /brh3Compliance, Governance Continuous Improvement /h3 /brulliEnsure adoption of procurement policies, approval workflows, and compliance requirements. /liliSupport audits and documentation accuracy. /liliIdentify opportunities for process improvements and support digital procurement initiatives. /li /ul /brh3Education /h3 /brpMaster’s Degree in Supply Chain Management or Engineering General /p /brh3Qualifications /h3 /brulli5–7 years of experience in procurement, category management, or sourcing /liliStrong analytical and stakeholder management skills /liliDemonstrated ability to work autonomously on moderately complex assignments /liliStrong negotiation, influence, and stakeholder management skills /liliProven experience leading teams and driving cross-functional collaboration /liliSolid understanding of global sourcing, procurement governance, risk management,

The gross annual salary range foreseen is between b€40,000 and €50,000 /b and will be finally defined on candidate’s professional experience, qualifications, competencies and overall alignment with the role. In addition, an annual variable compensation component is provided, based on both Company and individual performance objectives in accordance with the current policies and collective agreements.
