Reporting Product Owner – People Analytics

Your role and responsibilities
As

Reporting Product Owner

within the People Analytics team,



you will own the end-to-end product lifecycle of ABB's HR reporting portfolio, spanning Workday, local SAP, and other reporting platforms. You will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and delivery teams, translating HR data needs into structured, scalable reporting solutions — and driving a coherent, governed, and user-centered reporting product suite.

Work model:

Hybrid (#LI-Hybrid)

Location is flexible, while the role holder is expected to work and collaborate with teams across Europe, Asia, and the Americas. Ultimately, we'll choose the most qualified candidate for the role.

Own the reporting product portfolio : define and manage the roadmap for HR reporting solutions across Workday and local SAP reporting, ensuring alignment with business priorities and People Analytics strategy.
