Customer Success SpecialistAs a Customer Success Specialist, you'll act as an Account Manager focused on guiding customers from onboarding to renewal, including upsells.Key ResponsibilitiesBecome an expert on Lexroom and a product specialist, guiding customers from onboarding to renewal, including upsells.Manage the entire funnel for existing business, conducting checkpoints, interviews, and upsell activities.Work closely with customers to gather feedback, ensuring their needs are met and they are satisfied with the product; serve as the mainpointof contact.Prepare dashboards, monitor KPIs, collaborate with internal teams (e.G., product development, marketing), and share useful insights and ideas on defining processes.Qualifications0-1 year of experience in sales, operations,
