/p h3The role /h3 pWe are looking for a Social Content Creator / Videomaker with a strong visual eye and solid production skills, capable of conceiving, shooting and editing photo and video content created specifically for social media.
/p pThe main focus of the role will be producing Reels, short-form videos, Stories and photography for our clients.
/p pWe are not simply looking for someone who knows how to shoot vertical video.
/p pWe are looking for someone who knows how to make it worth watching.
/p pThe role is based in Florence, Italy, and requires physical presence for shoots at client premises and locations, mainly across Florence and Tuscany.
Part of the editing, post-production and preparation work can be carried out remotely.
/p h3What you'll do /h3 ul liDevelop and produce photo and video content for agency clients.




/li liPlan and manage studio and on-location shoots.
/li liTranslate briefs, concepts and brand guidelines into effective visual content.
/li liProduce Reels, TikToks, Stories and other short-form formats.
/li liHandle shooting, lighting, composition, movement and audio capture.
/li liSelect and edit footage.
/li liManage colour correction and colour grading.
/li liWork with music, sound design, pacing and audio-video synchronisation.
/li liUse contemporary editing techniques such as speed ramps, match cuts, masking, transitions and motion graphics whenever they serve the idea.
/li liAdapt content for different formats and social platforms.
/li liCollaborate with Creative Directors, Art Directors, copywriters, strategists and Project Managers.
/li liDevelop new formats, visual languages and creative ideas for clients.
/li liStay up to date with emerging social content languages, trends and production techniques.
/li /ul h3Who we're looking for /h3 ul liProven experience producing photo and video content for brands, companies or agencies.
/li liA strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating the quality of your work.




/li liExcellent understanding of Reels and short-form video language.
/li liAbility to independently manage a shoot, from preparation through to final delivery.
/li liStrong photography skills, including composition, lighting, exposure and post-production.
/li liStrong video production skills, including shooting, camera movement, framing, audio and editing.
/li liProficiency with editing and post-production tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Photoshop, Lightroom, Final Cut Pro or equivalent software.
/li liA strong sense of pacing, music, sound design and visual storytelling.
/li liAbility to adapt your visual language to different brands rather than applying the same style to every project.
/li liStrong organisational skills, autonomy and the ability to handle multiple productions and deadlines.
/li liA collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively within a creative team.
/li liPrevious experience in hospitality, food, travel, lifestyle or luxury is a plus.
/li /ul pFor this role, your portfolio matters more than your CV.
