/liliBasic IT skills with good knowledge of Excel and Word /li /ulh3Language Requirements /h3ulliExcellent spoken and written Italian /liliExcellent spoken and written English /liliAdditional languages are an asset /li /ulh3Personal Qualities /h3ulliAbility to handle non?routine situations when workloads vary unexpectedly /liliStrong teamwork orientation and collaboration skills /liliProblem?solving mindset – finding solutions, not excuses /liliContinuous learning attitude – always improving /liliAbility to work independently when needed /li /ulh3Work Schedule Availability /h3pOperations run around the clock.
