ph3Information Technologies Factory Systems Specialist (MES, WMS, Industry 4.0) /h3 pWe are seeking a bFactory Systems Specialist /b with deep knowledge of bMES, WMS, and Industry 4.0 /b technologies.
Working within the IT Manufacturing, Logistics Supply Chain team, you will act as the bridge between technology and our production lines.
Your role will be crucial for the design, implementation, and maintenance of solutions that optimize production, logistics, and warehouse management, ensuring every process, from make-to-order to engineering-to-order, is handled efficiently and intelligently.
/p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul libDesign and Implementation: /b Design and implement IT solutions for bMES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) /b, bWMS (Warehouse Management Systems) /b, and other bIndustry 4.0 /b technologies (e.g., machine connectivity, IIoT, etc.).
/li libSystems Integration: /b Ensure the seamless integration of factory systems with the ERP ecosystem, particularly with bSAP /b and bMicrosoft Dynamics 365 /b, as well as with supplier portals and bOEE /b analytics platforms.
/li libSupport and Troubleshooting: /b Provide second-level support and resolve complex issues on factory systems, ensuring operational continuity in a high-intensity production environment.
/li libProject Management: /b Actively participate in bIT demand management /b for the Manufacturing and Supply Chain areas,



coordinating projects from requirements analysis to final bquality assurance /b.
/li libContinuous Improvement and cybersecurity: /b Contribute to the optimization of production and logistics processes by proposing and implementing new technological solutions, acting as a true agent of change.
Identify, plan and deploy cybersecurity measures.
/li /ul h3Required Qualifications and Skills /h3 ul liProven experience as a specialist or consultant in projects related to bMES, WMS, and/or Industry 4.0 /b, with at least 3-5 years of experience in complex manufacturing environments.
/li liStrong knowledge of bproduction, logistics, and warehouse processes /b.
/li liAbility to integrate factory systems with ERP platforms (in particular bSAP PP, MM, WM /b) and other business applications.
/li liExperience in bproject management /b and complex bproblem-solving /b.
/li liA passion for technology and innovation applied to manufacturing.
/li liExcellent communication and collaborative skills.
/li /ul pbLanguage Skills: /b Fluency in both bItalian and English /b.
Knowledge of bGerman /b or bPortuguese /b is a plus.
