/p h3Individual Accountabilities /h3 ul liDrive sales, close deals – take actions for all sales related topics in sales area /li liManage and grow customer platform – enhance market penetration, exploit customer potential and systematically increase share-of-wallet /li liFoster Omnichannel sales steering – actively distribute contacts to alternative channels /li liFocus on high potential customers for individual visits prepare, plan and post work of customer visit s /li liPromote and focus on application based selling /li liPosition Berner as premium brand,



leader in chemicals and reliable business consultant /li liHandle objections/delivery/quality claims, negotiate tc, actively manage margin /li liEnsure data quality in the systems (customer card, interaction reports, etc.) adhere to tour plan/ contact scheme /li liAnalyze and influence all sales area related kpis – first and foremost sales/turnover across all channels /li liRegularly report to superior, align action plans, and make sure to deliver sales targets/budgets /li /ul h3Shared Accountabilities /h3 ul liRoll-out of pricing concepts, margin impact, positioning of brand /li liPlan on yearly basis and align annual operational targets and sales plans (in coordination with district manager) /li liSupport sales team (sales reps; alt.
