Philipp Plein in Italy seeks an Assistant Store Manager for our luxury fashion brand. You’ll work with the Store Manager to drive daily sales and deliver exceptional customer service.

You will lead a sales team, improve CRM performance, nurture new clients, and organize stock procedures while maintaining visual merchandising standards.

This on-site role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and fluency in English, with additional languages a plus.
