PBV Key Account Manager - Light Commercial Vehicles (All genders welcome)
Supporting the Fleet Senior Manager, the PBV Key Account Manager will ensure that monthly, quarterly and annual vehicle sales quotas and revenue targets for the assigned business channel are consistently and profitably achieved.
The role contributes to the development of a new modular, technology?driven mobility ecosystem for Kia's PBV line.
Responsibilities
Deliver sales targets: support the Fleet Senior Manager in ensuring that monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas and revenue targets for the assigned business channel are consistently and profitably achieved.
Manage key relationships: build and maintain strong, long?term relationships with customers, dealer network, and leasing companies' key account managers, representing the brand and ensuring excellent customer service.
Grow B2B business: develop and increase B2B sales volumes within the assigned area, identifying business opportunities and managing the full sales cycle.
Support PBV development in Italy: actively contribute to the development of the PBV business in the Italian market, supporting commercial strategies and initiatives.
Cross?collaboration: work closely with other KAMs to ensure alignment, share best practices, and provide mutual support on PBV?related activities.
Market competitor monitoring: analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to identify corrective actions and growth opportunities.
Reporting & forecasting:
provide accurate analyses of performance, pipeline, and sales trends for the assigned channel, supporting commercial forecasting.
Qualifications
University degree, preferably in Economics or Engineering fields.
3+ years in the automotive industry, preferably in LCV-focused roles and product development.
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
Fluent in English, spoken and written.
Good knowledge of Italian, spoken and written.
Excellent communicator, detail?oriented, and effective in cross?functional teams.

Compensation Transparency : For this position, Kia Italia offers a hiring salary range of €42,300 - €47,000 per year, representing the typical hiring range (ca. 90%–100% of the internal salary band) for a full?time equivalent.
Final compensation will be determined based on qualifications and experience, in line with equal pay principles.
Location : Kia Italia Head Office is based in the Pharo building in Milan, strategically located between Portello and CityLife.
