G-P is hiring an HR Specialist in the Employer of Record space to partner with clients across Southern Europe.
You will own the full employee lifecycle, advising on in-country HR matters and ensuring compliant operations while supporting a global workforce.
Duty includes managing complex employee relations, contract advisory, and immigration needs in collaboration with the Global Mobility team.
A fluent French and English skillset is essential, with HRIS and collaboration tools proficiency.
