The position combines strategic financial leadership with operational excellence, ensuring robust financial controls, accurate reporting, compliance and business performance across the property.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the Director of Finance in overseeing the daily operations of the Accounting Office, ensuring accuracy, compliance and operational effectivenessDrive budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis and reporting activities, delivering timely insights that influence business performance and strategic decisionsEnsure the integrity of profit and loss reporting, balance sheet reconciliations and financial controls across the hotelLead internal, external and regulatory audit processes while maintaining compliance with Marriott standards,
