/ppPer il nostro sito di Siziano siamo alla ricerca di una persona che assuma il ruolo di Distribution Operations Manager, con responsabilità sulla gestione operativa dei processi di distribuzione e trasporto per il business Healthcare.
La figura sarà inizialmente focalizzata inizialmente su un cliente per poi estendere progressivamente il proprio perimetro a tutti i clienti farmaceutici serviti dal sito di Siziano.
La persona selezionata coordinerà le attività di pianificazione trasporti, esecuzione delle spedizioni, amministrazione distributiva e gestione dei vettori.
/ph3How you create impact /h3h3Principali responsabilità /h3ulliGarantire il corretto funzionamento delle attività di distribuzione e trasporto per i clienti assegnati /liliCoordinare i processi di pianificazione,



esecuzione e amministrazione dei trasporti /liliMonitorare le performance operative attraverso KPI e livelli di servizio concordati.
/liliGestire e sviluppare le relazioni con i vettori e i fornitori di trasporto.
/liliAssicurare il rispetto delle normative applicabili e degli standard aziendali, con particolare attenzione al settore farmaceutico.
/liliCollaborare con le funzioni Operations, Customer Care e Quality per garantire un servizio efficiente e integrato.
/liliGuidare e sviluppare il team assegnato, inizialmente composto da 2 persone /liliIdentificare e implementare occasione di miglioramento continuo dei processi distributivi.
/li /ulh3What we would like you to bring /h3h3Requisiti /h3ulliEsperienza di almeno 5 anni in ruoli analoghi nell'ambito della distribuzione/trasporti/logistica.
/liliEsperienza nella gestione e nello sviluppo di team operativi.
/liliConoscenza dei processi di trasporto, distribuzione e carrier management.
/liliCostituisce titolo preferenziale l'esperienza nel settore Healthcare.
/liliBuona conoscenza della lingua inglese.
/liliBuona padronanza degli strumenti Microsoft Office e dei principali sistemi gestionali logistici.
