With revenues of circa €30 million and a team of ~70 employees, the business is now looking to appoint a Business Unit Manager to lead one of its core divisions.The OpportunityThis is a high-impact leadership role with full responsibility for driving revenue growth, operational performance, and team leadership across a multi-functional business unit.You will take ownership of a dynamic and technically sophisticated team spanning:Sales & commercial strategyApplications / engineeringService & operationsThe mandate is clear: scale revenue, professionalise the structure, and build a high-performing, aligned organisation.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and execute a commercial growth strategy across key marketsLead and develop cross-functional teams,
