Cross Border Talents is seeking fluent Italian speakers for a Social Media Customer Care role in Lisbon for a 12-month contract. You will handle inquiries across social platforms, provide accurate information, and resolve issues with empathetic, customer-first communication.

Must be eligible to work in Portugal and able to work in Lisbon. This full-time position offers a rotating 8-hour shift schedule, flight reimbursement, health insurance, and free Portuguese language classes.
