pams OSRAM is seeking a Principal Test Development Engineer in Pavia, Italy, to lead test development activities across wafer and package levels.
You will plan projects, develop test concepts with Design, Customer and Suppliers, and adapt test platforms for product-specific requirements.
/ppYou will design loadboards, probecards, and test software for ATE, while industrialising solutions for stable, repeatable production.
Strong English and automotive testing knowledge are essential.
