ph3YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES /h3ulliIdentify, research, and assess emerging assembly technologies relevant to future products and processes /liliTranslate technology concepts into scalable and manufacturable processes /liliDefine process and site requirements, equipment needs, personnel qualification requirements and quality targets /liliMonitor trends in automation, joining, packaging, and digital manufacturing /liliPlan and execute pilot projects, prototypes, and trials /liliConduct simulations and lab-scale trials to evaluate new technologies /liliPerform risk, cost, and maturity assessments (e.g., TRL, MRL) /liliContribute to the creation of technology standards across product families /liliCollaborate with universities, research institutes, and suppliers on technology development /li /ulh3YOUR QUALIFICATIONS SKILLS /h3ulliMaster's or Bachelor's degree in Electronical Engineering, Mechatronics, Materials Science, Automation Engineering, or a related field /liliPrevious professional experience in technology development, advanced manufacturing,
