ph3YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES /h3 ul liLead and oversee the Customer Quality Methods team, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic quality objectives /li liDesign and implement long-term strategies aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and product quality /li liSystematically monitor and evaluate customer feedback to identify recurring issues and drive continuous improvement initiative /li liBuild and maintain strong relationships with key customers to understand their expectations and proactively foster quality enhancements /li liChampion the application of advanced quality tools and methodologies, including FMEA, 8D, Six Sigma, and Statistical Process Control (SPC) /li liSupport root cause analysis and the development of effective corrective and preventive actions /li liProvide training, coaching,
