We're looking for a Digital Manager for advertising company. Main focus on AUTOMOTIVE brand.
The Digital Manager / Specialist leads the strategic and operational management, translating business priorities into coordinated website, digital display, CRM, content and personalization activities. The role combines client-facing consulting, digital project governance and hands-on oversight of delivery across local and centrally managed platforms.
Key responsibilities
• Act as the digital lead, translating business requests, campaign priorities and customer-journey needs into clear briefs, roadmaps, workplans and delivery requirements.
• Coordinate website ordinary activities, local webpages, landing pages, campaign and promotional updates, DEM-related digital touchpoints, dealer digital materials and the localization of driven platforms.
• Manage projects from request intake through scoping, prioritization, production, quality assurance, stakeholder approval, release and post-launch follow-up.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources including Account, Creative, Copy, AEM, Development, CRO and Analytics, SEO, CRM, Ad Tech and external or central HME/IEU stakeholders.
• Assess request complexity, dependencies, timing and technical constraints, ensuring that work is delivered in line with agreed processes, brand standards and service expectations.
• Oversee the quality and consistency of website content and digital assets across devices, markets and touchpoints, with attention to usability, accessibility, SEO and brand compliance.
• Use quantitative and qualitative insights to identify experience gaps,
content opportunities and areas for website improvement, working with the CRO and Web Analyst on personalization and optimization initiatives.
• Support the definition of integrated digital strategies that connect media activation, website experience, lead generation, CRM and dealer touchpoints.
• Prepare client-facing audits, presentations, recommendations, status updates and decision documents, proactively managing risks, open points and escalations.

• Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), including page and component workflows
• Digital Content Management (DCM) tools
• Dynamic Yield for personalization and CRO collaboration
• GA4, Adobe Analytics and Contentsquare for website and experience analysis
• Microsoft 365 and project-management / ticketing tools such as Jira, Confluence or equivalent
Experience and qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in digital strategy, website management, digital project management or digital consulting, preferably in an agency or complex international environment.
• Strong understanding of website strategy, content operations, customer journeys, digital campaigns, CRM integration, CRO, analytics, accessibility and SEO.
• Experience coordinating multi-disciplinary teams and managing several concurrent workstreams with changing priorities.
• Confidence in client-facing communication, workshop facilitation, presentation and stakeholder management.
• Working knowledge of AEM-based ecosystems and data-informed optimization tools.
• Fluent written and spoken English; automotive, mobility or e-commerce experience is a strong advantage.
