ph3Responsibilities /h3 ul liManage and process B2B sales orders in the ERP system, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries (quantity and quality) /li liServe as the primary day?to?day contact for customers and sales teams (pre? and post?sales) /li liCoordinate with logistics, credit control and invoicing teams /li liHandle customer inquiries, order status updates and claims /li liSupport sales activities: campaigns, quotations, reporting and analysis /li liProvide support for tools and processes (ERP, B2B portal, EDI) /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liExcellent French language skills /li liVery good English /li liItalian or German is a plus /li liAt least 2 years of experience in customer support, logistics,



or administration /li liKnowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel) /li liStrong communication skills /li liReliable, well organized and attentive to detail /li liPassion for sports is an advantage /li /ul h3Core Competencies /h3 pDemonstrates expertise in managing B2B sales orders and customer support, with strong communication skills in French and English.
Proficient in coordinating logistics and utilizing ERP systems to ensure accurate and timely deliveries.
