/p pAre you a marketing professional with a strong agricultural background and a passion for turning market opportunities into commercial growth?
/p pADAMA is looking for a Campaign Portfolio Manager to lead our Corn, Rice and Row Crops portfolio in Italy.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will own the development and execution of marketing strategies, campaigns, product launches and portfolio plans, working closely with Sales and cross-functional teams to drive growth and profitability.
/p h3Key areas of responsibility include: /h3 ul liDeveloping mid- and long-term marketing and portfolio strategies /li liLeading product launches,



campaigns, field activities and promotional plans /li liDriving portfolio performance, pricing, volume and profitability /li liIdentifying customer, market and competitor opportunities /li liWorking closely with Sales to strengthen go-to-market and channel strategies /li liLeading strategic growth projects across Corn and Rice /li liCollaborating with EAME Marketing and Regulatory, Supply, Finance, Product Development and Communications teams /li /ul h3What you will bring: /h3 ul liProven marketing experience within agriculture, crop protection or a related sector /li liStrong agronomy/crop protection knowledge /li liA degree in Agriculture or a related discipline /li liStrong commercial, analytical and strategic skills /li liFluent Italian and English /li liWillingness to travel *****% Note this is a Hybrid role with 2 days per week at the facilities near Bergamo.
