The aim is to provide specialists and non-specialists with an environment in which to run programmed digital art and to analyse it systematically and, as far as possible, automatically.
In order to analyse these works from different periods, the platform must support various (including obsolete) operating systems, programming languages, libraries, etc.
/li liExpands the Digital Art Lab by programming and integrating software tools for the analysis, reverse engineering or restoration of artworks, tailored to the needs of the research groups, and by optimising the user interface for different user groups.
/li liSupports the research groups in all technical matters relating to the analysis of programmed and networked art.
