/b /ph3Your role and primary responsibilities /h3pAs a Product Designer, you will be responsible for creating intuitive, user-friendly digital experiences by combining deep UX research with high-fidelity UI design.
You will work within a cross-functional team to transform complex systems into accessible, visually appealing, products.
We are looking for a product designer who is thrilled by the challenge of translating AI complexity into simple, effective interfaces and stunning data visualizations.
/ph3Your responsibilites /h3ulliLead features from ideation abnd UX research /b to prototyping, usability testing, and final production.
/liliApproach design asb a scalable system /b rather than isolated screens; barchitect logic-driven functionalit /bies and ensure every new feature seamlessly integrates into the broader product ecosystem.
/liliContribute to and maintain bour Design System /b, not just as a UI kit, but as a shared language between design and engineering to improve consistency, scalability, and development velocity.
/liliTranslate complbex AI-driven datas /b into meaningful and simple visualizations that help our clients make informed decisions.
/liliStay at the forefront of industry trends and emerging technologies; quickly adapt bdesign workflows /b and product features to leverage new tech capabilities (e.g., AI interaction patterns, new prototyping tools).
/liliConduct buser interviews, surveys, and A/B testing /b; maintain user journey maps and personas to advocate for the user's point of view within the development team.
/liliPartner daily with developers and PMs as a "bbridge /b" between design and code, ensuring technical feasibility while pushing the boundaries of what the system can achieve.
/liliFocus on the functional "under-the-hood" UX, managing state changes, edge cases, and user flows that define the product's core utility.
/li /ulh3Must-have skills /h3ulliBachelor's degree in the Design field or a related discipline.
/liliExpert proficiency in bFigma /b.
/liliSkilled in wireframing and creating interactive prototypes to test ideas quickly.
Prototyping with AI.
/liliDeep empathy for users, creative problem-solving, and excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).
/li /ulh3Nice-to-Have Skills /h3ulliPrevious experience building bUX/UI /bfor AI-based platforms or financial products.
/liliDeep experience with data visualization libraries or complex financial charting.
/liliExperience in integrating AI tool into the design workflow.
/liliExperience writing clear and consistent UI copy to improve the overall UX.
