/p /brh3About The Role /h3 /brh3Job Purpose /h3 /brpYou will develop Consumer Tyres for European and MEA markets as part of an integrated project team, embracing a strong project management discipline and facing technical challenges in order to meet the future needs.
/p /brh3Responsibilities /h3 /brul /brliContributes to the technical development of tyres for delivery to consumer markets.
/li /brliContributes to the process of benchmarking, designing prototypes, planning and analyzing of test results, preparing design review documentation.
/li /brliContributes to define and manage the project schedule and GANTT.
/li /brliPrepares appropriate documentation for assigned projects.
/li /brliProvides his/her contribution to the preparation of Technical Meetings with the BSEMEA functions.




/li /brliManages assigned tasks with high level of proficiency and autonomy.
/li /br /ul /brh3Qualifications Experience Required /h3 /brpEducation, Master, other certification: /p /brpUniversity degree in engineering (mechanical, materials design, industrial engineering and equivalent) /p /brpExperience (years): /p /brpPrevious experience in the tyre / automotive industries might be a plus.
/p /brpTechnical Skills: /p /brul /brliVery good MS Office packages and CAD systems, good CREO / PRO-E capabilities.
/li /brliDigital mind-set: Ability to develop and/or apply new digital tools/software to change business or processes.
/li /brliStatistic and simulation tools, basics of material characterization, basic knowledge of tyre construction are a nice to have.
/li /br /ul /brpLanguages Skills: /p /brpFluency in English.
/p /brpSoft/Behavioral Skills: /p /brul /brliTeamworking.
/li /brliProject management.
/li /brliProblem solving.
/li /brliLearning skills and Change Agility.
/li /br /ul /brpSalary range: € - ***** /p /brpThe salary range is based on gender-neutral criteria: applicable CCNL requirements, responsibilities, working conditions and market benchmarks for the role and location.




Final compensation will be determined based on gender-neutral criteria: experience, skills, and internal equity.
