/p pWe are seeking a dynamic, proactive professional with solid experience in communications and digital marketing to support the Marketing Communications Manager.
/p pThe successful candidate will contribute to the development of the company's communication strategy, manage relationships with the Italian and international press, and create both online and offline communication materials.
/p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liSupport the Marketing Communications Manager in both operational and strategic activities.
/li liManage relationships with Italian and international journalists and media outlets.
/li liWrite press releases, invitations, newsletters, and editorial content in both Italian and English.
/li liDesign and produce communication materials, including: /li liBrochures; /li liLine sheets; /li liInvitations; /li liPrint advertisements; /li liCorporate presentations; /li liGraphic and video content.
/li liDevelop and strengthen the brand's digital presence by planning, managing, and implementing online communication strategies.
/li liManage the company's social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other digital platforms), creating content aligned with the brand identity and monitoring performance.




/li liCollaborate in the management and ongoing update of the company website and other digital communication tools.
/li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liAt least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
/li liExcellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
/li liGood command of written and spoken English.
/li liExcellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills in both Italian and English.
/li liStrong knowledge of major social media platforms and digital marketing principles.
/li liHigh level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail.
/li liAbility to work collaboratively, manage priorities, and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
/li /ul h3What We Offer /h3 ul liPermanent employment contract.
/li liGross annual salary (RAL) ranging from approximately b€33,000 to €35,000 /b, paid over b13 monthly salaries /b, with the possibility of a performance-based premio scheme and corporate welfare benefits, depending on the selected candidate's experience and qualifications.
/li liThe opportunity to join a dynamic and stimulating work environment.
/li /ul h3Location /h3 pDue to organizational and operational requirements, bonly candidates residing near the company's headquarters or within a maximum radius of 25 km will be considered /b.
