ph3Job Title /h3 pProject HSE Specialist /p h3Location /h3 pMantova /p h3Type /h3 pPermanent role, full-time /p h3Compensation Package /h3 pCCNL Industria Alimentare, 1° livello, gross annual base salary € /p h3Duties /h3 pWork to compliance with local legislation and company HSE standards and principles /p pImplement eective risk management procedures according the RSPP. /p pCheck the site is under control for employees, contractors and visitors, correct signage and with relevant risks eectively managed. /p pWork for high standards of health hygiene conditions for workers, with appropriate emergency medical response. /p pWork to ensure that specific safe working practices are in place with a focus on high frequency risks (eg slips, trips, falls, injuries from sharp points and edges) and high hazard tasks (eg work at height, critical lifting, hot work). /p pDeliver high quality and eicient HSE support, e.g. exposure monitoring, health /p pSupport LEAN initiatives.



/p pConcur continuous improvement in Safety / Health / and Environmental Sustainability proposing targets and driving initiatives. /p pCommunicate eectively with dierent organizational levels. /p h3Requirements /h3 ul liExperience in the role of Assistant of RSPP. /li liAbility to achieve results through eective influencing and collaborating /li liUnderstanding of human behaviors/diversity and team dynamics. /li liUniversity Degree in technical studies. Engineering background would be preferred. /li liPrevious experience (4-5 years) in a similar role /li liExperience in Manufacturing sector is must. /li liKnowledge of current legislation on safety at work basic (d.Lgs 81/08) /li liAnalytical and problem-solving skills /li liProficient knowledge of Italian and English languages is a must. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
