pEphos is seeking an Etching Engineer to own and optimize glass etching processes, bridging RD and mass production.
You will ensure optical, structural, and cosmetic standards while maximizing yield and throughput.
/ppYou will lead DoE studies, coordinate with vendors on baths, sprays, or plasma/laser parameters, and drive process improvements in a fast-moving environment.
