ph3Descrizione lavoro /h3 h3Context and Purpose of the job /h3 pYou will join the Visual Merchandising Department of Giorgio Armani.As the Head of Visual Merchandising Retail, you will have the opportunity to coordinate and ensure the consistency of the Giorgio Armani brand's visual identity across boutiques worldwide, leading your team.
/p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liManage the development and implementation of brand guidelines /li liLead and coordinate the team /li liProvide global feedback by monitoring visual merchandising executions across boutiques and, when necessary, suggesting corrective actions and improvements.
/li liAnalyze reports and interpret business data to support decision-making /li liSupport the setup and execution of window displays /li liMonitor boutiques through regular store visits /li liEnsure that Retail deadlines are consistently met /li liCollaborate and communicate with various departments, including Visual Design, Marketing,



and Merchandising /li /ul h3Descrizione profilo /h3 h3Requirements /h3 ul liDegree in Visual Merchandising or a related field /li liAt least 10 years of experience in the same role /li liAvailability to travel /li liExcellent knowledge of Office Suite and graphic design software (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) /li liFluency in both Italian and English /li liExcellent teamwork skills /li liStrong creative sensibility /li liPrecision and attention to detail /li /ul pThe base salary range for this position is *************** euros, CCNL Terziario, Distribuzione e Servizi.
