To strengthen our growth in the Drug Containment Solutions BU (DCS), we are looking for a results-driven Technical Account Management Specialist to join our Technical Account team in our Headquarters in Piombino Dese (PD).You will be responsible for providing customers with the best-in-class Pre and Post Sales services, addressing sales opportunities, and solving issues on assigned products and services.You will:Support pharma industries in the selection of appropriate containers and devices, providing the best technical solutionCooperate with customers, as a technical consultant, to detect unmet needs and proactively propose the best solutionArrange visits at customers’ plant in order to promote SG’s solutions or to facilitate the technical issues resolutionsAct as single point of contact for the customers in managing requests for already commercialized productsBrings voice of the customer within SG’s organization,
achieving the right balance in the negotiation of Quality and Technical Agreements with CustomersWho we are looking for: Education: Engineering or Scientific degree or related fieldsLanguages: Fluency in Italian and English. French, German or Spanish will be considered a plusExperience: + 4 years in Technical Customer Support / R&D; / Product DevelopmentSkills: Customer Focus, Negotiation, Problem Solving, Technical Acumen, Decision Making and Curious mindsetAvailability to travel to customer sites to ensure a strong customer-facing presence and support key activities on-siteAdherence to Stevanato Group’s Values: Trust and respect everyone;
