Key responsibilities

- Manage order processing and delivery call-offs, including handling customer enquiries and complaints, tracking deadlines, and preparing all required shipping documents (e.g., invoices, ABDs, ASN).
- Coordinate operational activities with third‑party logistics providers (3PL), including order releases.
- Register shipments in automotive customer portals.
- Ensure timely and accurate deliveries for both internal and external SKF customers, covering inbound, outbound, and hub transshipment areas.
- Organise and oversee special transport processes for customer deliveries.
- Handle export customs formalities and ensure compliance.
- Maintain effective information flow between stakeholders (e.g., factory, sales) and align on customer‑specific requirements.
