Acting as a strategic interface between the market, customers, sales teams and internal stakeholders, you will contribute directly to business growth, customer satisfaction and market positioning. /ppThis is a field-based, home-office position, requiring strong proximity to the market and customers. /ph3Your Responsibilities /h3h3Marketing Product Strategy /h3ulliDrive product promotion through field demonstrations and customer interactions /liliTrain and support the sales force throughout the entire sales cycle /liliAdapt and implement global marketing strategies at a local level /liliDevelop and execute the local marketing plan in line with business objectives /liliSupport new product launches and ensure successful market adoption /liliRepresent the company at congresses,



conferences and industry events /liliCollaborate with international teams to share insights and best practices /li /ulh3Tender Management /h3ulliPrepare and manage technical documentation for public tenders /liliDefine product configurations in collaboration with sales teams /liliCoordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and compliant submissions /li /ulh3Market Analysis Business Performance /h3ulliMonitor market trends, competitors and customer needs /liliIdentify growth opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly /liliTrack product line performance and contribute to forecasting /liliSupport pricing strategy within global guidelines /li /ulh3Scope environment /h3ulliProduct scope: Surgical Workflow (capital equipment such as operating tables and surgical lights) /liliTerritory: Nationwide (Italy), including Sardinia /liliLocation : Home-based, with expected residence in the Milan area (Cinisello Balsamo office available, no mandatory presence) /liliTravel: Daily travel required with frequent overnight stays (on average 2 nights per week) /liliCompensation package : + 15% + company car (also for private use)
