WHAT YOU WILL FIND
- Security that drives innovation . You will work closely with leading market players, partnering with their teams to design, develop, and deploy Cyber Security solutions. From architecture to implementation, you will play a key role in delivering secure, resilient, and governable systems, helping to reduce the attack surface, protect digital platforms, and enable the secure adoption of Artificial Intelligence.
- AI applied to Cyber Security . Artificial Intelligence will be more than just an accelerator for your work, it will be an integral part of your daily design and development activities. You will leverage platforms such as Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, and other AI Engineering tools to build detection systems, security assessment frameworks, security controls, governance automation, and threat analysis solutions, experimenting with the technologies that are reshaping the industry.

Your compensation package will be defined based on the role identified, your professional experience, technical expertise, the level of responsibility associated with the position, and the organizational context in which you will join. The collective labour agreement (CCNL) mainly applied within Reply is the Italian Metalworking Industry Agreement. The position is expected to start from the B2 level, with a gross annual salary (RAL) ranging from 33,200€ to 65,000€. Previous experience with cutting-edge technologies and paradigms such as Post-Quantum Cryptography, Agentic AI, and Generative AI, as well as in designing and implementing security solutions for systems based on Foundation Models and LLMs, will be considered a strong asset.

WHAT WE NEED
- Academic background . You have built your academic background in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Cyber Security, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related field.
- Cyber Security expertise. You have gained experience in one or more of the following areas: Cloud Security, Application Security, Identity & Access Management, DevSecOps, Detection Engineering, Security Operations, Security Architecture, or AI Security.
- Consulting mindset. You enjoy working closely with clients, understanding complex challenges, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to turn complexity into clear, practical solutions.
