The Role:

are looking to recruit an
Assistant Commercial Manager
to join our team in the Milan office. You will support the commercial management and cost consultancy delivery of complex, high-value data centre projects across Italy and Europe. Working alongside senior commercial and project leaders, you will be involved in all stages of the project lifecycle, from feasibility and procurement through to construction, commissioning and close-out.
This role offers an excellent opportunity to further develop your commercial, contractual and client-facing skills within the rapidly expanding data centre sector while working on some of Europe's most significant digital infrastructure developments.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the delivery of commercial and cost management services across multiple data centre projects.
Assist with the preparation and review of cost plans, estimates, budgets and benchmarking exercises.
Support procurement activities, including tender preparation, tender analysis and recommendation reports.
Assist in the administration of contracts, including NEC and JCT forms where applicable.
Review contractor applications, variations, change orders and commercial submissions.
Prepare regular cost reports, forecasts, cashflow reports and financial updates for project stakeholders.
Support project teams in monitoring commercial risk and identifying opportunities for cost optimisation.
Assist with value engineering exercises and life cycle cost analysis.
Contribute to budget management, forecasting and financial control processes.
