ppbLocation: /b Milan, Italy (Hybrid - 3 days per week in the office) /p h3About the Role /h3 pWe are looking for a bCommercial Sales Support Specialist /b to join our Milan office on a b1-year fixed-term contract /b. Working in a hybrid model (3 days per week in the office), you will serve as the main point of contact for customers, supporting administrative, commercial, and logistics activities to ensure the efficient management of quotations, orders, deliveries, invoicing, and customer claims. /p pThe ideal candidate is well-organized, detail-oriented, able to work independently as well as collaboratively, and thrives in a dynamic, international environment. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liPrepare, process, and send customer quotations using SAP, while coordinating pricing activities. /li liManage customer orders, including order entry, verification, production follow-up, and customer confirmations. /li liCoordinate deliveries by validating delivery dates, communicating with customers, and resolving any delivery issues. /li liProcess and monitor invoicing, payments, and outstanding receivables. /li liRegister, monitor, and manage customer claims, including cost validation. /li liMaintain accurate documentation and filing of orders, invoices, and customer correspondence. /li /ul h3Candidate Profile /h3 ul liHigh school diploma or associate/bachelor's degree. /li liMinimum of b5 years of experience /b in a similar commercial or customer service support role.
