Stryker Corporation is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead the Extremities business across North and Central Italy. You will build a seasoned regional sales team, partner with surgeons and hospitals, and drive both direct and indirect channels through a pivotal growth phase.

Based in Milan preferred, this field-based role requires 70–80% travel, strong leadership in medical devices, and a proven ability to hit sales targets across a complex stakeholder landscape.
