Join us and help run what runs the world.This position reports to:R&D; Team Lead__Your role and responsibilitiesIn this role, you will have the opportunity to set up and execute routine tests for different products in accordance with standard testing methodologies and requirements.
Each day, you will perform your tasks or activities using skills and techniques as well as a practical understanding of concepts used in the field of technology.
You will also showcase your expertise by ensuring proper documentation of the test results.The work model for the role is: role is contributing to the Smart Power business in Bergamo in our R&D; center.You will be mainly accountable for:Defining test details, sequences, execution methods, and procedures, including equipment and instrumentation, with reference to applicable standardsPreparing the necessary test setup and required measuring instrumentsConnecting the device under test to the testing plant and executing the testsAnalyzing test results according to applicable standards to verify product complianceProducing and developing documentation for test reports and issuing themProposing improvements to existing test techniques based on experience and the use of new equipment, particularly for test and measurement toolsAssisting and supporting customers during testing activitiesQualifications for the roleYou have a High School Diploma or a Bachelor's Degree in the Electrotechnical, Electrical, or Electronic field, and basic knowledge of Electrical and Electronic EngineeringYou are engaged in working with electrical, electronic, and mechanical measuring instruments, demonstrating manual skills, analytical capacity,
and the ability to interpret resultsYou are qualified in computer skills, including programming knowledge and office software proficiencyYou are passionate, organized, and precise, with a strong initiative, a high desire to learn, and a problem-solving mindsetYou work well in team environments, and are at ease communicating in both Italian and EnglishAvailability to work in rotation shiftsCompensation Package As part of our commitment to transparency, we want to share the compensation details for this position:Applicable CBA: Metalmeccanico
