Responsibilities
-
- Managing and coordinating a team of engineers to achieve relevant engineering deliverables.
- Planning and controlling activities, preparing workloads, and identifying when additional staff is needed.
- Selecting and assigning the Discipline Leader and other technical specialists, dividing engineering tasks between internal and external resources.
- Supporting the Discipline Leader by ensuring contract requirements and technical annexes are met.
- Verifying progress of technical development and man‑hour usage to ensure budget compliance.
- Attending the kick‑off meeting at project start‑up with assigned specialists.
- Cooperating with the Proposal department to prepare technical offers and estimate engineering activities.
- Coaching and nurturing talent, defining training plans based on team needs.
- Cooperating with Procurement to qualify vendors and manage test and inspection of critical supplies.
Qualifications
-
- Graduate degree in Electrical or Automation and Control Engineering.
- Deep knowledge of typical EPC engineering and contractor work processes.
- Expertise in Instrumentation and Control sector.
- Strong communication skills and fluency in English.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office.
