Quality Assurance Specialist

We are looking for a candidate for the position of Quality Assurance Specialist

Your tasks

- Manage operational support for customer and internal complaint handling, from case opening through monitoring corrective actions to closure

- Collect and process quality data (complaints, scrap, non-conformities) and prepare periodic reports and KPIs

- Daily interface (in English) with the headquarter and provide technical support for in-depth analysis related to non-conformities

- Support continuous improvement of quality processes by identifying recurring trends in complaints and non-conformities

- Support the definition and update of quality procedures and standards in line with the headquarter's guidelines

Your profile

- Technical diploma with solid experience in the role or degree in Engineering (mechanical, management or related field)

- 2-4 years of experience in Quality Assurance / Quality Control

- Knowledge of the main quality techniques (5 Whys, Ishikawa, 8D, SPC, MSA, process monitoring)

- Fluent knowledge of Italian

- Good knowledge of English

- Good knowledge of Office for analysis and reporting

- Analytical skills, problem solving and good communication
