Pubblicato il 31-08-2026 - STEVANATO GROUP in Castel D'AzzanoWe are looking for a highly motivated, goal-oriented Account Manager to join the Service and After-Sales team of Stevanato Group's Engineering BU.The successful candidate will:Support with market strategy deployment, providing commercial insights for assigned Accounts to enhance business growth and processes harmonization.Be accountable for the performance of assigned portfolio and for the development of customer prospects in relevant area.Build effective and sustainable partnerships with existing accounts, ensuring long lasting relationships with key decision makers across the customer's organizationCollaborate with Sales Division and involve subject matter experts across Stevanato Group to foster the Company's business model and deliver added value solutionsServe as lead point of contact for all customer's service requests and queries.Monitor market trends to identify and seize commercial opportunities for the Group.Manage function's budget in line with business objectives/guidelinesCreate effective relationships with actual and potential customers to foster growth and commercial opportunities for all stakeholders involved.TECHNICAL COMPETENCES: Market and Industry understanding and in-depth knowledge of key consumers and segmentsCustomers and Prospects products and processes understandingKey Account Planning and Project ManagementCustomer Service and CRM ManagementAnalysis and Reporting: methodologies, techniques, tools xysqume and applicationsBudget managementIT Tools: use of company tools and applications (ERP, Office, etc.)SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:+3 years of experiences in a commercial role preferably in the customer service and after sales departmentEnglish language proficiency is essential for the role (at least B2).Focus on Client's needsBusiness AcumenAnalytical ApproachTime ManagementProblem SolvingAccountabilityCommunicationNegotiationAvailability to business tripsLocation: Piombino Dese (PD)
