We are looking for a senior Solution Architect to help Alten Italy strengthen its positioning in Telco transformation programs, with a specific focus on OSS and adjacent operational / digital platforms.
We are seeking a motivated Strategic Analyst to join ALTEN in Italy and support our Managing Director in driving the company's business strategy. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with senior leadership,
contribute to strategic initiatives, and develop a deep understanding of international business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate directly with the Managing Director, participating in strategic meetings and supporting daily operations (e.G., preparing meeting materials, collecting feedback, and developing action plans).
- Organize and coordinate management meetings, including agenda preparation, presentation management, and speaker coordination.
- Track decisions from committee meetings and ensure follow-up actions align with company objectives.
- Monitor projects and initiatives led by local business directors to implement the Regional Director's strategy.
- Develop and analyze ad-hoc reports and KPIs to support data-driven decision-making.
- Work with business directors to optimize processes and foster cross-regional collaboration.
