Octorate is looking for a Customer Support Specialist fluent in Spanish to join our Customer Success team in Rome. You will guide clients through onboarding, provide expert assistance via chat, email and phone, and help maximize direct bookings through the Octorate platform.
This role requires Italian and English proficiency, 1–3 years in hospitality, and the ability to work hybrid from our Rome office at Via Filippo Caruso, 23.
