To support our rapid growth, we are looking for Junior Project Engineers to join our dynamic and international team:

We are looking for motivated engineers with strong technical skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Fluency in English is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and manage project phases, ensuring alignment with schedule, budget, and quality targets
- Coordinate internal teams (engineering, procurement, quality) and external stakeholders
- Monitor project progress and provide status and risk reporting
- Manage suppliers and ensure contract compliance and timely delivery
- Support quality assurance activities, including inspections and audits
- Organize project meetings and maintain clear communication with stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards, including site activities when required

Required Qualifications:





- Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Civil, or Energy Engineering
- Experience in energy, oil & gas, or industrial plant engineering
- Ability to read technical drawings and P&ID;
- Familiarity with CAD tools (AutoCAD, SolidWorks or similar)
- Knowledge of engineering standards (API, ASME, ISO EN, etc.)
- Understanding of EPCM processes, construction, and commissioning
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Fluent English and Fluent Italian

Role location:

This role is located in Milan's office, on site.

Compensation:

Full-time contract. Competitive compensation package aligned with seniority (indicative base salary: €30,000 – €40,000 gross/year).
