What about your responsibilities?

Independently resolve on-site incidents and service requestsProvide VIP user supportDeliver end-to-end Digital Bar / Walk-in centre supportPerform meeting room & AV support (Teams, Zoom, other vendor equipment's)Act as hands-and-eyes support for server / network teamsManage printer and MFP supportSupport PC refresh activitiesManage ticketing systemEnsure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs)Local stock managementLocation: Legnago (Verona - fully onsite) - Occasional support on other sites nearbyContract: 1-year fixed-term (possibility to convert into permanent)Requirements:2-5 years of experience in IT support or a similar roleExperience in OS, Apps and H/W installation and troubleshooting depending on project productsStrong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Office 365,
