Remote work may be considered for locations not in close proximity to an FST Italy site. /p h3Enterprise Architect (f/m/d) /h3 h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liBuild and maintain the Enterprise Architecture baseline by mapping the current IT landscape (applications, components, integrations) and aligning it with the target architecture. /li liDefine, evolve, and ensure alignment of the Enterprise Architecture framework with business strategy, security requirements, and group standards. /li liEstablish and enforce Enterprise Architecture governance, including guidelines, review processes, and compliance with defined standards. /li liSupport and integrate Enterprise Architecture into IT demand management processes, ensuring architectural validation, prioritization, and value-driven decision‑making. /li liAssess the current landscape against the target architecture, identify gaps, and drive pragmatic transformation initiatives with Solution Architects.
/li liGuide architecture and service design decisions, ensuring scalability, resilience, cost efficiency, and overall solution quality. /li liEnsure clear documentation and visualization of architecture while engaging business and technical stakeholders to drive alignment and adoption. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liStrong experience in Enterprise Architecture frameworks, governance models, and architecture best practices, with 3–5 years of relevant professional experience. /li liDegree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field; TOGAF or equivalent Enterprise Architecture certification is a strong plus. /li liProven ability to assess complex IT environments and define actionable transformation roadmaps. /li liSolid understanding of IT security, compliance, and service lifecycle management principles. /li liExperience with architecture modeling and visualization tools (e.g., LeanIX or similar platforms). /li liStrong ownership, ability to translate strategy into execution, manage priorities, and drive results in complex environments. /li liExcellent communication, storytelling, and influencing skills, with a collaborative and structured working style. /li /ul pThe Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
