Key Responsibilities
Understanding the specific requirements of EU-funded projects, including thematic areas, expertise levels, and geographic scope.
Sourcing of experts for current and future projects
Utilizing various platforms (e.g.,
LinkedIn, expert databases,etc.) to find suitable candidates.
Negotiation of contracts and agreements with experts
Coordinating communication between experts and project teams for proposal development.
Qualifications and skills:
A master’s degree in Business Management, International Relations or any other relevant fields;
At least 3 years of experience in recruitment of experts for EU, WB, ADB, EIB funded tenders; negotiation with expert and preparation of CVs
Familiarity with EC framework contracts
Ability to identify, evaluate, and engage international experts
Experience using platforms such as LinkedIn, Devex, DevelopmentAid, etc.
Strong communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced commercial environment with many deadlines
Great teamworking
Strong independent drive, goal orientation and an eye for detail
