You'll work with healthcare professionals, IT departments, and project managers throughout the full implementation lifecycle — from workflow analysis and solution configuration to user training, go-live support, and adoption. Ideal for professionals who want to blend technology, healthcare, and consulting in a dynamic, customer-facing environment.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyse clinical and logistics workflows to define implementation requirementsSupport project planning, coordination, and requirements gathering/functional analysisConfigure software to meet customer needs; execute functional testing and support UATCoordinate with hospital IT teams, clinical/logistics staff, and internal project teamsPrepare project documentation, run project meetings, and track action plansDeliver end-user training and on-site go-live supportMonitor progress, flag risks,

and support issue resolutionProvide post-implementation support to drive adoption and customer satisfactionRequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare Management, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field1–3 years' experience in software implementation, IT consulting, healthcare IT, or project deliveryStrong analytical, organisational, and communication skillsProficient in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)Professional English (written and spoken)Willingness to travel extensively within Italy; driving licence is a plusPrior experience in healthcare/software implementation is a plusPersonal SkillsCustomer-oriented, proactive, and solution-driven, with strong problem-solving abilities.
